This is routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of the North Plant.  The incumbent will perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength.  Typical routine duties include, but are not limited to:  cleaning restrooms, cleaning break rooms, wet mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash inside and outside, and stripping/waxing floors.

***Applicants must be able to work 3rd shift.***

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to conduct and maintain inventories of cleaning supplies
• Strong quality orientation and ability to work unsupervised
• Must be able to stand on concrete surface, bend/stoop repetitively, and lift 50 lbs. (a back screen is required)
