Numerica Credit Union (NCU), a $930 million dollar regional credit union with branches in Eastern Washington and North Idaho, is recruiting for a Home Loan Center Manager .  Home Loans are a core and growing product of NCU. The position plans, organizes, supervises staff and directs the department activities. In addition the individual must evaluate and respond to changes in a competitive market, stay abreast of ever changing the regulatory environment and manage the production pipeline. A thorough knowledge secondary market underwriting standards and pricing is necessary. Qualified candidate must have a degree in finance/credit management or equivalent combination of formal training and experiences with at least ten years experience in Mortgage lending. Prior management/supervisory experience at a credit union, bank, or mortgage company is essential. Successful candidate must have strong leadership qualities, coaching skills and experience in mortgage operations to ensure responsive and quality service to our members.
